HARIO V60-02 Switch Dripper Set

One brewer, three ways to learn. Start with immersion brewing, explore a hybrid recipe, or leave the valve open for conventional pour-over.

• Immersion: close the valve to steep, then open it to drain. A regular kettle works.
• Hybrid: combine an open-valve pour-through phase with a closed-valve steep. Follow the valve position in each guide step.
• Pour-over: keep the valve open. A gooseneck kettle makes the pour easier to control.

The set includes a glass V60-02 Switch dripper, a 300 ml glass server and 40 V60-02 paper filters. For an open-valve pour-over, start with a one-cup brew of 15 g coffee and 240 g water; the 30 g / 480 g recipe needs a larger server. Add a grinder, scale, coffee and mug; for the pour-over starter setup, include the gooseneck kettle unless you already own one.
